Nick Powell CEO

Nick continues to manage overall company strategy and has an overseeing role on all Ricochet's UK productions and exported US output. Nick also takes an active role in the management of Shed US.

Joanna Ball Managing Director

Jo Ball returned to Ricochet in 2010 after a stint as a commissioning editor at C4 and the BBC. At C4 she looked after Gok's Fashion Fix, Embarrassing Bodies and Grand Designs. At the BBC she ran features and formats for BBC One and Two where she was responsible for Antiques Roadshow, Countryfile, Watchdog, DIY SOS, The Secret Tourist, Gardeners' World, Hairy Bikers: Mums Know Best, Delia through the Decades, Mastercrafts, The Delicious Miss Dahl, High Street Dreams and many other titles.

Before that at Ricochet Jo exec'd Colin and Justin's How Not to Decorate, Born to Be Different, Wanted: New Mum and Dad and It's Me or the Dog. Jo started her career in Liverpool as a researcher and producer on This Morning with Richard and Judy. She went on to direct studio shows like A Question of Sport and the National Lottery for BBC One and series produce Bare Necessities, Back to the Floor and Trouble at the Top for BBC Two.

Sarah Stinchcombe Director of Production

Sarah joined Ricochet in 1998. She is based in our Brighton office and oversees all Ricochet productions and also looks after company policy.

Charlotte Street Director of Commercial Affairs

Charlotte joined Ricochet in March 2001. Prior to joining Ricochet she was Head of Production at Soul Purpose and Dual Purpose Productions. In her time at Ricochet she has overseen many productions including Supernanny, Living in the Sun, and Extreme Dreams with Ben Fogle. Charlotte is based in our London office, and is responsible for the company's rights exploitation.

Billy Paulett Senior Executive Producer

Billy has been a key member of the Ricochet team since the company started. Billy was the founding Series Producer and Director of No Going Back and as an Executive Producer he has looked after The Big Idea for Sky and Risking It All for C4. He developed and produced The Alaska Experiment for The Discovery Channel. He is currently Executive Producer for a new Channel 4 series on reverse migration and BBC 1 series on Megacities with Andrew Marr.
